What glaring signs are emerging that prove the current process being undertaken by the Carolina Panthers in 2021 simply isn’t working?

All is not well within the Carolina Panthers. A completely unacceptable loss coming off their bye week against the Atlanta Falcons raises further questions about just what the actual plan is moving forward, with increasing pressure on head coach Matt Rhule and a roster that seems constantly unprepared for whatever challenge comes their way.

That might be a little harsh. But the Panthers are one defeat away from yet another losing season and this is a major disappointment considering progress was expected and the team got off to a 3-0 start.

There has been plenty of talk of “The Brand” and “The Process” in recent months. Rhule was chosen as the man to replace Ron Rivera thanks to his reputation for building up struggling college programs back to prominence, but he’s finding out quickly that it’s not that easy in the NFL.

You can’t get away with the same things in the pros and you can at the college level. One only has to look at the number of coaches who take the step up only to fail miserably as evidence of that.

Rhule is facing the fight of his life over the next month. He is firmly on the hot seat and if the coach cannot galvanize the players in a short space of time, the repercussions could be severe.

With all this in mind, here are some glaring signs that indicate Carolina’s process into becoming a potential contender is not working out.
