4 glaring signs the Carolina Panthers’ current process is failing

Results are performances are regressing
The Carolina Panthers are regressing. Both in terms of results and the level of performance on the field. This, without question, is the strongest indicator yet that their current process is failing.
Fans accept losing, to a certain extent.
Especially where the Panthers are concerned given their current standing across the league.
However, what they don’t tolerate is a lack of effort, no real coaching adjustments to keep the team in games, and a mundane approach that caused many to leave way ahead of time against the Atlanta Falcons.
Cam Newton returning papered over the cracks for a fortnight or so. But the problems cannot be fixed by an iconic figure across the Carolinas alone.
When supporters lose interest, David Tepper loses money.
Even though he is comfortably the NFL’s richest owner, he’s seen absolutely no bang for his buck since buying the team from Jerry Richardson. Tepper’s ambition to have a competitive playoff contender in place by the time his ambitious Rock Hill development is completed is also hanging by a thread.
Tepper likes Rhule, that’s pretty clear. And admitting you made a mistake is always difficult.
However, if results and performance levels continue to take a downward turn over the next four games, the billionaire is going to have a franchise-altering decision to make once again this offseason.
