3 winners and 3 losers from Carolina Panthers’ loss at the Bills in Week 15

Joe Brady – Former Carolina Panthers OC
This is how hard it was to find winners on Sunday.
Yes, Joe Brady, the man who was fired by the Carolina Panthers just a fortnight ago as offensive coordinator, is a winner this week.
The reason why?
Because after two games without him, it’s quite obvious that he wasn’t the only problem this offense has. There are much deeper issues and with how young Brady is, that can only help him as he looks for his next job.
Brady certainly deserves blame for how his tenure in Carolina went. But he also wasn’t set up for much success with a porous offensive line and constant confusion at the quarterback position.
The former LSU passing game coordinator might not be receiving any head coaching interviews like he did last offseason. However, once teams see how the Panthers’ offense didn’t just magically get better once he left, he’ll be given another chance in some capacity.
Whether his next opportunity is in college or the NFL, Brady has to have some type of smile on his face right now knowing that this team wasn’t just performing poorly because of him.
