Tom Brady – QB
One thing is for sure this week.
Tom Brady is coming in angry.
Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were shut out by an opponent for the first time since 2006 on Sunday. With the team still in the running to be the No. 1 seed in the NFC, the future Pro Football Hall of Famer will undoubtedly be more poised than ever to get a victory.
This will be the first time the Carolina Panthers and Tampa Bay face each other this season. And this first game will be in Charlotte.
While the Panthers will be figuring out whether Cam Newton or Sam Darnold can right the ship in any way at quarterback, Brady will be aiming to improve upon his 4-3 all-time record against Carolina.
It’s not necessary to even explain how good Brady is. But at 44 years old, he’s arguably having his best season yet, leading the NFL with 4,348 passing yards and a league-best 36 passing touchdowns.
Brady is the great quarterback of all time and the Panthers will have an extremely tough task keeping him quiet for the second-straight week.
But as mentioned earlier in this piece, nothing is impossible.
