4 potential landing spots for former Panthers OC Joe Brady in 2022

The Las Vegas Raiders officially appointed Josh McDaniels as their new head coach. Something that could keep the team in playoff contention moving forward after overcoming significant adversity throughout the 2021 campaign.
Now McDaniels has been given the keys to the kingdom, he’s likely going to be running his own offense given this is his chosen area of expertise. However, they’ll still need an offensive coordinator capable of preparing players throughout the week and Joe Brady could fit the bill.
For all Brady’s faults that were not all his own doing, he is still a young, progressive thinker that could learn a tremendous amount from McDaniels. The Carolina Panthers didn’t really do enough to put their former offensive coordinator in the best possible position to thrive, but this potential option would allow some breathing space with less responsibility when it comes to the play-calling aspect of the role.
Las Vegas is a hotspot right now and McDaniels was chosen as the man to replace Jon Gruden, which could see them become one of the top free-agent destinations despite having $21.3 million available this offseason, according to Spotrac.
Whether Brady becomes a realistic option anywhere remains to be seen. But landing a job on the Raiders could end up being the making of him.
