5 OCs the Carolina Panthers should have hired instead of Ben McAdoo

Carolina Panthers should have hired David Culley
What did David Culley do to deserve being fired as the Houston Texans head coach?
Culley has spent his life coaching, was given a terrible situation, and managed it well considering what little talent he was given. Despite this fact, the team was in full rebuild, and without a starting quarterback, was fired after his first season.
The Carolina Panthers could not find a more experienced and likable option as their offensive coordinator than Culley, who spent time as a coach with Austin Peay, Vanderbilt, Middle Tennessee State, Chattanooga, UTEP, and Texas A&M at the college level.
He followed that up by jumping up to the pro level and coaching for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles, Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, Baltimore Ravens, and then Houston as the head coach.
Culley has more coaching experience than the rest of the candidates on this list combined. He was set up for failure in Houston and deserves another shot.
One could make the argument he even makes more sense for Carolina as a head coach than Matt Rhule does. He certainly has more experience and would have been a far superior choice to Ben McAdoo.
