3 trades for Panthers WR Robby Anderson to make NY Jets return

Carolina Panthers trade offer No. 1
This would probably be the best possible solution. The New York Jets are absolutely loaded with draft picks – including the No. 38 overall selection that the Carolina Panthers gave up as part of the ill-fated trade for quarterback Sam Darnold, which was a grave error in judgment by those in power.
Robby Anderson has some solid production that could mean a more profitable stint at MetLife Stadium with Zach Wilson under center. But convincing the Jets to part ways with a second-rounder would be difficult given how much the player struggled in 2021.
Anderson was loved in New York before deciding to leave. And it’s also worth remembering the Jets need a true deep threat option to make the most out of Wilson’s outstanding potential.
As stated previously, DJ Bien-Aime’s report didn’t state that the Jets were contemplating a move for Anderson, rather that the wideout would be interested in returning if such a scenario presents itself.
Carolina getting a second-round pick as part of the deal would give them more options this spring. Whether that’s using it as part of a quarterback move or strengthening problem areas such as the offensive line with an exciting young college prospect.
