Which offensive tackles could the Carolina Panthers consider selecting in the 2022 NFL Draft to boost up their protection?

It seems like every offseason we’re talking about the Carolina Panthers needing to improve their offensive line and once again, that’s one of the biggest needs entering the 2022 NFL Draft.

Carolina struggled mightily on the offensive line last season, lacking depth and purely not having enough talent to keep its quarterback protected. Unlike last year, the Panthers actually made some decent signings in free agency with the additions of Bradley Bozeman and Austin Corbett.

Those additions will help solidify the interior, but there is still one gaping hole. That’s who will start at left tackle?

Taylor Moton is the team’s best by a considerable margin and he starts at the right tackle spot. If Carolina decides to go tackle in the draft, it’ll likely be on the blindside.

Fortunately, there is plenty of depth when it comes to offensive tackles in this year’s draft. The Panthers still have last year’s third-round pick, Brady Christensen, on the roster, who could also help fill the void.

But either way, it’s been way too long of struggles on the offensive line that the Panthers have to pick a tackle or two at some point in this draft.

Here are seven offensive tackle options that Carolina could select in the draft.
