How could the Carolina Panthers’ 53-man roster look following another hugely successful 2022 NFL Draft for the organization?

To say things went well for the Carolina Panthers throughout the 2022 NFL Draft would be a huge understatement. The team managed to fill key holes and bring in some dynamic young prospects with high upside over time, which has left hopes much higher than they were previously ahead of the new season.

The Panthers deserve an enormous amount of credit for the way they’ve approached this offseason. There has been a complete shift in recruitment philosophy, with those in power removing the rash decisions that blighted the franchise last year in favor of more calculated moves that haven’t jeopardized their hopes of becoming bigger players in 2023 free agency.

Obviously, this all has to come together when it matters most. Carolina’s roster looks impressive on paper, but that will count for nothing if the coaching staff cannot get the best out of their players in pursuit of progression.

Matt Rhule will be at the forefront of this.

Rhule is a man under pressure to finally start achieving something during the upcoming campaign. But his job status might not entirely rest on 2022 based on comments made by team owner David Tepper before the draft.

Without further ado, we projected which players will make the Panthers’ 53-man roster now that the 2022 draft has come to a conclusion.
