Charleston Rambo – Carolina Panthers WR

Considering the numbers that Charleston Rambo put up at Miami in 2021, it was surprising to see the wide receiver fail to hear his name called during the 2022 NFL Draft. With that being said, there is a lot to like about the player’s potential at the next level, but it’s imperative that he hits the ground running and makes a good impression early in the workout process.

Rambo made the most out of increased responsibilities with the Hurricanes after transferring from Oklahoma, bringing in 79 receptions for 1,172 receiving yards and seven touchdowns. His ball skills are first class and the prospect can also be trusted with targets in key situations for good measure.

Finding a role within a crowded wide receiver room on the Carolina Panthers will be a tough task. Rambo has to build on the positive momentum generated last season against NFL-caliber teammates and take advantage of any opportunities that come his way in the preseason.

Providing Rambo can catch the eye and seize almost every chance that presents itself, then this could be the latest undrafted prospect to stake a claim.

Carolina didn’t possess much consistency from their pass-catchers outside of D.J. Moore in 2021, so Rambo will be aiming to push his name into consideration for a roster spot and potential targets as a rookie.
