Which Carolina Panthers players could be candidates to win individual awards f they perform way above expectations during the 2022 season?

Anticipation is growing for the Carolina Panthers ahead of their official offseason program. Most of their recruitment has already taken place via free agency and the 2022 NFL Draft, so the task now falls on the team’s revamped coaching staff to mold their options into a cohesive unit that can hopefully perform much better next time around.

That will be easier said than done, obviously. The Panthers demonstrated little in the way of progress in the second year of Matt Rhule’s reign, which was a cataclysmic failure considering Carolina began the season 3-0 before losing 12 of their final 14 contests.

This is not normally a time of year for pessimism. That also applies to the Panthers after some solid signings and draft selections that could solve some major issues that transpired last time around.

Rhule also has to make the necessary improvements to convince people he is worthy of leading an NFL franchise. Especially when it comes to game preparation, adjustments, and being savvier in front of the media when under fire.

Without further ado, here are four Panthers players who could be in line to win individual awards in 2022 providing everything goes well for the team, which is no guarantee whatsoever.
