Extremely early Carolina Panthers game-by-game 2022 record prediction
By Dean Jones
Carolina Panthers at Los Angeles Rams
This will be the toughest challenge of the season. A trip to the defending Super Bowl champions after the Los Angeles Rams went on the most memorable postseason run imaginable to get their hands on the Vince Lombardi Trophy in 2021.
Sean McVay has a stacked roster at his disposal in pursuit of back-to-back titles. And the NFC is not exactly loaded with elite teams that could prevent them from reaching the big occasion once again.
As for the Carolina Panthers, there will be no pressure on them in this one. So approaching the contest with a relaxed demeanor might actually work in their favor despite being heavy underdogs.
Stopping the Rams’ offense is a difficult proposition at the best of times. They did trade Robert Woods and lose Odell Beckham Jr., but acquiring Allen Robinson to put alongside triple crown winner Cooper Kupp is a dynamic duo that will strike fear into anybody they come up against.
Week 6 Prediction: Loss (3-3)
Expecting the worst and hoping for the best would be prudent here for fans. If the Panthers do lose, then it’s not the end of the world by any stretch.
