Robby Anderson must get his swagger back

Robby Anderson has a certain charisma that people gravitate towards. He is a straight shooter with the swagger to match, which made him an instant hit within the locker room and across the fanbase as a result.

Sadly, this was missing from Anderson last season. Probably due to things not going according to plan on the field and the Carolina Panthers struggling to make any sort of improvements in the second year of Matt Rhule’s tenure.

This air of invincibility almost makes Anderson the player he is. Something that was taken away aside from a brief fortnight when there was a smile back on the wideout’s face following the arrival of Cam Newton.

Anderson has been putting out nothing but positive vibes on social media this offseason and the change of number might also boost performance in a weird way. If he can get some swagger back this offseason and improve chemistry with whoever is under center, the Panthers will likely get back the figure that put up lofty numbers in 2020.

Easier said than done, obviously. But the stakes are high for Anderson and what he achieves between now and this time next year will have some big-time ramifications on his future in Carolina.
