There is a lot at stake for the Carolina Panthers in 2022, but which early bold predictions could come true during what promises to be a fascinating campaign?

We may only be in June and still a few weeks from training camp down in Spartanburg. But it’s never too early to put out some very bold predictions that more than likely will not come off for the Carolina Panthers in 2022.

This offseason, as is usually the case under the ownership of David Tepper, has been filled with controversy on and off the field. From keeping Matt Rhule at the helm when most fans wanted him gone to the utter mess that is the Panthers training facility down in Rock Hill.

This is a vitally important season for many who are part of the Panthers organization. After promising winning football Tepper is staring at a fifth consecutive losing season and Rhule should certainly be on the hot seat after two seasons and a 10-23 record as a result of his efforts.

There’s also the caveat of who’ll be under center this year. The coaching staff has so far thrown support behind Sam Darnold, but the fact that the Panthers have tried to lure every available signal-caller available to Carolina certainly indicates that despite what is being said openly they have little confidence in the former USC man.

Without further ado, we made five extremely early bold predictions for what promises to be another rollercoaster campaign for the Panthers next season.
