5 early bold predictions for the Carolina Panthers season in 2022
By Luke Gray

Carolina Panthers CB Jaycee Horn will be named an All-Pro
I could have been conservative here and said Pro Bowl.
But go big or go home.
Jaycee Horn showed in just 2.5 games last season he has all the skills to be a lockdown corner in the league. Granted he didn’t face the best opposition in his early NFL career, but the former first-round pick allowed a passer rating of just 39.6 according to Pro Football Focus.
Horn told reporters recently he was “100 percent” ahead of the offseason program and judging by the videos posted on social media by defensive backs specialist Oliver Davis back in March, the South Carolina product looks ready to go.
It’s a blessing to see my boy @jayceehorn_10 back healthy and working! Thank you Lord!! Chasing Greatness!! 😤🙏🏾#SFSP 🏁1% pic.twitter.com/zYJBeuwa1X

Horn is undoubtedly CB1 heading into the season. The re-signing of Donte Jackson in the offseason means he’ll have a veteran presence alongside him to further aid his cause.
It’s not an easy start for Horn as his first two matchups of the season see him going up against Amari Cooper and potentially Michael Thomas. With the Carolina Panthers’ schedule in 2022 also set to land the corner with clashes against Cooper Kupp, Ja’Marr Chase, and DK Metcalf, if the second-year-pro can show the league what kind of player he really is and lock these stars up, an All-Pro selection might not be too far behind.
