His previous experience and eye for talent have been prominent throughout the offseason period so far and if this translates into a game-day setting, then progression is sure to follow.

McAdoo is looking to revive his own career from a prominent play-calling position after things turned sour quickly as head coach of the New York Giants. There is a lot of talent across the offense and the protection should improve, but it will be his task to put the right plan in place for a successful campaign.

If McAdoo can achieve this lofty goal, then his arrival at the organization will be worth its weight in gold.
