How did the Carolina Panthers manage to win throughout an extremely busy offseason period ahead of the 2022 campaign?

Matt Rhule kept his job despite fans and some media figures projecting otherwise. But all around the head coach has altered with some coaching firings and hirings this spring.

One of the most notable was Steve Wilks, who’s spent time with the Carolina Panthers before and brings a vast amount of knowledge to his new role as the team’s defensive backs coach.

The Panthers have an abundance of talent across the secondary. If Wilks can help them reach new heights, then it could be the springboard to future head coaching consideration once again.
