Terrace Marshall Jr. – Carolina Panthers WR

After a rookie season to forget, hopes are once again high for Terrace Marshall Jr. after some reported improvements this offseason. The wide receiver drew rave reviews from those in attendance over early workouts, which could mean a breakout campaign for the former second-round pick might be in the offing if everything goes well at Wofford College.

Marshall was the victim of poor quarterback play and a lack of trust from his coaches in 2021. Coming up against outstanding cornerbacks weekly who didn’t give him an inch was another rude awakening for the LSU product during his opening campaign in the pros.

Every player tends to go through a learning curve. However, nobody will care about Marshall’s lack of production in Year 1 of his professional career if he takes a major leap forward next time around.

From a physical standpoint, Marshall has it all. And the arrival of offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo could provide the spark that ignites the wideout in camp and when the season gets underway.

It might be worth the Carolina Panthers allocating plenty of targets to Marshall in the preseason. Something that would be another big confidence boost for a player that needs to start proving his worth sooner rather than later.
