Which Carolina Panthers players boosted their stock during the team’s two joint practices with the New England Patriots this week?

It was intense, physical, and exactly what the Carolina Panthers were looking for. This week’s joint practices with the New England Patriots were another milestone in the preparation period ahead of the 2022 season, something that’s provided those in power with plenty to think about as depth chart positions and starting spots being to finalize.

Things were never going to be easy for the Panthers against Bill Belichick’s men. Matt Rhule and his staff didn’t want it any other way, in all honesty.

Producing the goods in camp in the face of teammates is one thing. But how players acquit themselves versus those from another organization fighting for their futures provided a broader perspective about what certain individuals could bring next season and beyond.

With that being said, here are five Panthers players who helped their stock considerably during their joint practices at Foxborough.

This is by default more than anything else, but the Carolina Panthers could have Pat Elflein starting at the center spot for their Week 1 clash against the Cleveland Browns.

Elflein took the lion’s share of first-team snaps once again during joint practices with the New England Patriots. Another thing working in his favor was an injury to free-agent signing Bradley Bozeman, which is expected to keep him off the field between two and three weeks.

Considering how important continuity is within the offensive line, the Panthers might now keep Elflein as the starter while Bozeman works his way back.
