New York Giants

Things are looking up for the New York Giants. There appears to be a newfound sense of belief within the organization following the appointment of head coach Brian Daboll, whose presence has been a supreme benefit to a talented young core that seems to be pulling in the same direction.

With that being said, the Giants do look a little thin at the wide receiver spot. Sterling Shepard is their top guy, but Kenny Golladay’s lack of production and Kadarius Toney taking time to establish himself means another body could be required.

The Carolina Panthers are blessed with an abundance of weapons. Although quarterback Baker Mayfield must do a better job of finding them in space than he has over the opening three games.

An unbelievable introduction from Laviska Shenault Jr. in Week 3 against the New Orleans Saints only makes Terrace Marshall Jr.’s life more difficult in Carolina. If the Giants came calling with a reasonable offer, then it looks like a win-win for the wide receiver and the organization overall.

This isn’t what the Panthers had in mind when they took Marshall at No. 59 overall. But they need additional draft capital from somewhere and based on recent events, he looks like the odd man out.
