D’Onta Foreman prop bets

Christian McCaffrey’s health has been a big concern once again this week. The running back missed two days of practice thanks to a thigh complication suffered against the New Orleans Saints, which head coach Matt Rhule stated he was unaware of until the contest concluded.

McCaffrey needs to make people aware if he has a knock after featuring just ten times over the last two seasons. The Carolina Panthers are counting on him heavily with the passing game struggling, so they can ill afford their best offensive weapon missing a game they must win to keep this franchise trending in the right direction.

Much will depend on how healthy McCaffrey is. But this might be the week we finally get to see what D’Onta Foreman is capable of.

The former Texas star joined in free agency from the Tennessee Titans in 2021. However, the Panthers haven’t deployed the powerful back for anything more than four carries so far, which is something of a surprise given the need to keep McCaffrey fresh.

If the Panthers had any sense, then Foreman would be the workhorse in between the tackles in Week 4. Something that will keep the Arizona Cardinals’ defense honest and alleviate pressure from Baker Mayfield along the way.

Should this scenario come to fruition, betting on Foreman to score a touchdown at +210 (bet $100 to win $210) with FanDuel Sportsbook seems solid.
