5 draft prospects for the Panthers to replace Robbie Anderson in 2023

Carolina Panthers could target Zay Flowers
There aren’t many wide receivers that have assisted their draft stock more than Zay Flowers in 202. The Boston College prospect seems to be relishing his final season before taking his chances at the next level, which makes him a potential second-round candidate providing no red flags emerge in the meantime.
When studying what Flowers brings to the table, how dangerous he is in the open field immediately stands out. He is nothing short of electrifying in space, boasting supreme vision to make people miss while also possessing the conviction to turn big plays into scores.
Flowers’ burst to stretch the field is renowned and respected. Something the Carolina Panthers could do with after deciding to remove Robbie Anderson from the equation after a sideline altercation at the Los Angeles Rams in Week 6.
Much like the situations with Marvin Mims and Jordan Addison, size is a question mark with Flowers. However, he more than compensates for this with outstanding route running and burst that enables him to win on the outside without the advantage of leverage or physicality.
As stated previously, the Panthers have high hopes for Terrace Marshall Jr. to potentially become their outside option moving forward. Providing he shows enough, then drafting someone like Flowers and turning him into a slot specialist is almost guaranteed.
