Predicting the Carolina Panthers next five games after 2-6 start in 2022

The Carolina Panthers get an almost instant chance to gain revenge on the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10 on Thursday Night Football. This is the game when the all-black helmets take center stage, so fans are expecting a big performance against their NFC South rivals at Bank of America Stadium.
This is the only time Carolina will be showcased nationally in 2022. Another sign of how the organization was being perceived under the leadership of Matt Rhule.
There’s nothing to suggest Steve Wilks’ men cannot attain similar feats versus the Falcons. They were more than a match for them before causing their own demise last time out and any slight performance increase should give them every chance.
Atlanta won’t be rolling over atop the NFC South right now. They are performing far better than many anticipated and now find themselves with a real shot at postseason football as a result.
Prediction: Win (3-7)
Of all the games remaining on the Panthers’ schedule in 2022, this looks like the most winnable. The added incentive of putting on a show with the entire NFL world watching is something else that can propel this team to a morale-boosting triumph in front of their long-suffering fanbase.
