Terrace Marshall Jr. – Carolina Panthers WR

Even with the team falling apart around him, Terrace Marshall Jr. has finally broken out and emerged as the true big-bodied No. 2 target the Carolina Panthers have desperately needed for so very long.

If only the Panthers could find a consistent quarterback to get him the football.

Marshall seems to have taken his early season benching to heart, improving ball security and route-running to increase his overall influence. The two main reasons the previous coaching staff was hesitant to even let the former LSU stud see the field.

The Panthers are going to need another star performance from their second-year wideout to help take the pressure off Walker and get the offense in some kind of rhythm. Something that is easier said than done for this group.

Hauling in three catches for 53 receiving yards and a touchdown against a surprisingly stout Cincinnati Bengals defense should prove as a nice stepping stone for Marshall to continue where he left off two weeks ago against a far and away less capable Atlanta Falcons secondary.

This is the best chance Carolina has at winning in quite a long time. Having more than one wide receiver capable of putting up numbers will go a long way to achieving this goal.
