3 under-the-radar Panthers that must perform in Week 12 vs. Broncos

Bradley Bozeman – Carolina Panthers C
It might have taken a while for Bradley Bozeman to get a starting opportunity. But the Carolina Panthers must be absolutely thrilled by his impact in a relatively short space of time.
The free-agent signing has been a considerable upgrade at the center position despite Pat Elflein’s improvements before going down to injury. Bozeman’s veteran leadership is an asset and there is also a physicality to his production on almost every down that’s made him an instant fan favorite.
According to Pro Football Focus, the former sixth-round selection out of Alabama has given up one sack and a single penalty from 302 snaps in 2022 en route to an impressive 72.8 grade. This consistency will be needed in Week 12 against a Denver Broncos defensive front that remains strong even without recently traded edge rusher Bradley Chubb.
Bozeman has a sizable task awaiting him this weekend. He must focus on his responsibilities, of course, but there is also a need for the player to communicate well with quarterback Sam Darnold and ensure their exchanges go off without a hitch on his first start of the campaign.
The Panthers’ offensive line has made tremendous strides this season. Should Bozeman remain influential down the stretch, then it’ll make the decision to extend him when the time comes a relatively easy one providing the finances work for all parties.
