4 reasons Carolina Panthers should consider Jim Harbaugh for head coach

Jim Harbaugh’s NFL record is superb
Comparing Jim Harbaugh and Matt Rhule because both came from the college level is absolute blasphemy. The two are not similar by any stretch of the imagination, which is down in no small part to the Michigan man’s NFL record when San Francisco 49ers head coach.
Harbaugh took a talented team down on their luck and turned them into postseason contenders instantly. The Niners were perennial challengers under the head coach, who eventually finished with 44 wins, 19 losses, and one tie before moving to the college ranks.
This is the reason why Harbaugh was coveted so heavily by the Minnesota Vikings in 2022 and why the Carolina Panthers could offer him a substantial sum to become their next head coach. However, he won’t be the only candidate and one cannot rule out Steve Wilks getting the job permanently at this juncture.
The Denver Broncos are also keeping tabs on Harbaugh according to reports. This could lead Tepper into yet another bidding war similar to the massive overpay he gave Rhule to prevent him from joining the New York Giants.
While this contract is likely to set the market once again, Harbaugh would be far more deserving of such a financial commitment given his proven credentials in the NFL. Convincing him this is a project worth leaving Michigan for remains the biggest stumbling block.
