Which NFL Draft prospects should the Carolina Panthers have their eye on during 2023 Senior Bowl week, which is an important evaluation event?

The Carolina Panthers have a new head coach after Frank Reich’s appointment became official on Thursday. But there is no time for the recent arrival to bask in another opportunity.

Major scouting events are beginning ahead of the 2023 NFL Draft. One of the most important is the Senior Bowl, which is always well attended and once again features some top stars from the college ranks.

Much has been made of quarterbacks Will Levis and Stenson Bennett skipping the event. But that does not detract from its importance and missing the occasion says more about the two signal-callers than anything else.

With this in mind, here are 10 prospects the Panthers should have their eye on during 2023 Senior Bowl week.

The Carolina Panthers could use reinforcements on the backend with many veterans out of contract. This becomes even more significant if Frank Reich decides to move Jeremy Chinn back to the second level, where he starred during a phenomenal rookie campaign.

Watching how J.L. Skinner performs throughout the week in Mobile would be wise. The Boise State product has the athleticism and football IQ to perhaps carve a rotational role for himself right out of the gate, but much will depend on how he performs against some top-end talent in drills.
