Carolina Panthers trade for Lamar Jackson

We’re starting this one off with a bang.

More than anything, the Carolina Panthers need a quarterback. And not just any signal-caller.

They need a superior talent that can change the game in more ways than one. Look no further than Baltimore Ravens superstar Lamar Jackson.

If you know me and know me well, I am a huge fan of Jackson. The former NFL MVP has captivated me with his play since his days at Louisville and now he is proving all of his doubters wrong as one of the league’s best quarterbacks.

In the midst of a contract dispute with the Ravens, general manager Scott Fitterer and the Panthers can swoop in and make an offer that Baltimore can’t resist. Even though the compensation would be jaw-dropping.

Jackson is a player who can lead an offense to victory using both his arms and legs. The former Heisman Trophy winner is an electrifying presence that would fill Bank of America Stadium with fans of the home team – not unlike the days when Cam Newton was taking the league by storm.

It would take multiple first-round picks and possibly even one of Carolina’s best young players. But when we are talking about a quarterback who is a threat to score every time he touches the ball, the ends justify the means.
