How can things get worse than they did in 2007? The Carolina Panthers started four, count them, FOUR quarterbacks during the season. Everything started downhill after Jake Delhomme’s elbow injury. Enter David Carr. Bust! Enter Vinny Testaverde. Decent, just not the guy for the job and…not so young. Enter Matt Moore. The kid looked okay and showed some promise.

Team Breakdown, Part 2
The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that Bernard Berrian may receive the franchise tag from the Bears. You can read the entire story here.
Interesting quote from Drew Rosenhaus…
”You never know what your clients may do in free agency,” he said. ”Obviously, guys can be franchised and other guys can get extensions done. I’m just excited. We’ll go into it optimistic and hopeful.”

We’re all settled in to our new home here at Cat Crave. Most of the boxes are unpacked and the books have been placed on the shelves. So, before we relax on the couch with our feet up on the coffee table, we thought we would put up our first real post.
The way we saw it there was no better place to start than breaking down the Carolina Panthers piece by piece – team strengths, weaknesses, needs, etc. Let’s start with the offensive line.
