Round 7, Pick 233

Ryan Switzer, WR – North Carolina

One thing the Panthers lack now that Ted Ginn is gone is a punt returner. University of North Carolina’s Ryan Switzer in round-seven would be a steal. Switzer was one of the best punt returners in college and this seems like a perfect fit for both Caroilna and Switzer.

2016 Stats:

Receptions: 96

Receiving Yards: 1,112

Average Yards Per Catch: 11.6

Touchdowns: 6
