Tampa Bay battled Atlanta but eventually fell short as their team continues battling injuries. Six players were removed for the Buccaneers who began the game without two of their top players already.
Week 16: at Carolina Panthers (10-4), 1:00pm
While Tampa Bay cannot make the playoffs they showed no loss of effort, almost defeating Atlanta despite a depleted roster. Looking to build some momentum for next season, the Buccaneers will attempt to end the year on a positive note with two divisional wins. At Carolina before hosting the Saints in the season finale.
The playoff picture is beginning to clear as many teams should at least earn a spot this week even if their opponent remains in question.
