Divisional Round - Philadelphia Eagles v New Orleans Saints

Nick Foles

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles won a Super Bowl after putting together an impressive playoff run a year ago. However, the continued emergence of Carson Wentz leaves Foles looking for a long-term opportunity.

Since Carolina would essentially be a fill-in position, he may pass but, similar to Bridgewater, it could offer him the guaranteed chance to play as opposed to being out performed by a potential rookie elsewhere.

Foles is only 30 years old, a peak age for the quarterback position. Should Newton be sidelined, he would arguably be the best choice as a replacement for next season but his price tag may be too high.
