The franchise finally got rid of beleaguered head coach Jason Garrett following another campaign of disappointment. And expectations could not be higher following the arrival of Mike McCarthy.

One cloud currently hanging over them is the contract situation regarding quarterback Dak Prescott. The player has not yet signed his franchise tender and reportedly turned down an extension worth more than $30 million a year.
