4 players the Carolina Panthers might regret cutting

Which players might the Carolina Panthers regret cutting?
The big decisions have been made as the Carolina Panthers trimmed their roster to 53 players. There could still be some more moves to make in the coming days following a number of other releases across the league. But this will be the core that they will take into the upcoming campaign.
New head coach Matt Rhule did not have any preseason games to get a look at what certain individuals can bring to the table. This did not do the former Baylor man any favors when coming to conclusions on just who can make an impact with the Carolina Panthers in 2020. And only time will tell as to whether he has made the correct choices regarding player personnel.
This is not an easy time for those players impacted. Many of them might be back in Carolina as part of the 16-man practice squad providing they are not picked up by other teams. But given the impression some of them have made during training camp, it might not be long before they find a new home.
Not much is expected of the Panthers next season during the first year of their rebuild. This is going to be a trial and error campaign that should stand them in good stead regarding their long-term aspirations of being a contender once again.
Rhule and other decision-makers in Carolina have made their bed and now they have to lie in it, so to speak. But here are four players they might regret cutting when it is all said and done.
