4 keys to victory for the Panthers vs. the Bears in Week 6
By Dean Jones
What are some of the things that need to happen for the Carolina Panthers to beat the Chicago Bears at Bank of America Stadium in Week 6?
The Carolina Panthers a could find themselves at a lofty 4-2 record with a home win against the Chicago Bears this Sunday. They come into the game in good form having won their last three outings. But there is no denying the stern test that awaits them this weekend.
It has been an encouraging start to the campaign for the Bears, who find themselves at 4-1 despite benching quarterback Mitchell Trubisky for Nick Foles after another disappointing series of performances from the former first-round pick.
This is down in no small part to Chicago’s vaunted defense, which is getting back to the sort of production that saw them become one of the NFL’s best once upon a time. It is their driving force and it is going to be a substantial task for the Panthers to have the same sort of success moving the football as they have done throughout the campaign so far.
It is a tough ask, but Carolina should go into the game with nothing to fear.
Matt Rhule has got the Panthers playing at a high tempo and with plenty of confidence, which has led to a complete turnaround in their fortunes. This is a strong platform from which to build both this season and beyond. So beating the Bears would leave no doubt about the positive direction that the organization is going in.
Here are four keys to victory that Carolina can do to give themselves the best possible chance of attaining their fourth straight triumph at Bank of America Stadium on Sunday.
