D.J. Moore – Carolina Panthers WR

Considering the Carolina Panthers lost Curtis Samuel to the Washington Football Team in free agency, they are still incredibly strong at the wide receiver spot. This is down to some notable arrivals during the offseason, who should be able to make an impact and fill the void left by the former second-round pick.

However, there is no disputing who sits atop the depth chart.

D.J. Moore is one of the best young wideouts in the business and is coming off a campaign where he went over 1,000 yards once again despite suffering from some chemistry issues with Teddy Bridgewater throughout.

That won’t be a problem this time around after the quarterback was traded to the Denver Broncos for nothing more than a sixth-round pick. Moore will be hoping for better fortunes with Sam Darnold under center and if the pair hit it off as expected, it should come with another surge in numbers for the Maryland product.

There is a nice amount of depth at receiver for the Panthers to utilize. But if Moore was to suffer some injury problems during the season it would have a detrimental impact on their chances of progression.

Hopefully, that won’t be the case and Moore can put up the sort of numbers that are normally associated with Pro Bowl recognition in 2021.
