Which Carolina Panthers players have the potential to dominate from their respective positions during the 2021 season?

With voluntary OTAs wrapping up and mandatory minicamp on the horizon, preparations are ramping up for the Carolina Panthers and others across the league ahead of the 2021 season. This has the potential to be a campaign of great excitement for Matt Rhule’s men after a busy offseason period of recruitment, but whether they can put it all together when it matters most is still undecided.

It’s clear the introduction of general manager Scott Fitterer from the Seattle Seahawks came with a big shift in ethos this year.

There was far more purpose within the decision-making process  – which was undoubtedly welcome. It’s left the Panthers with a young, dynamic roster capable of making some real strides providing chemistry arrives quickly and almost every important player makes the necessary improvements.

The coaching staff also need to take on board the lessons accumulated from their opening seasons in prominent leadership positions at the next level and react accordingly.

Some accused Carolina of being a little naive from a play-calling standpoint in 2020, especially in key moments. The same errors cannot happen now the likes of Rhule, Joe Brady, and Phil Snow have more experience.

If all this comes together – and quickly – then the Panthers are candidates to become one of the NFL’s surprise packages during the upcoming campaign.

With this in mind, let’s take a look at five Panthers players who have the potential to dominate in 2021.
