Here are the three most exciting non-NFC South games on the Carolina Panthers 2021 schedule.

As the hype dies down from the 2021 Carolina Panthers schedule release and voluntary OTA’s begin, it’s time to dive in to a few of the most highly anticipated non-NFC South games of the upcoming season.

Outside of the NFC South, Carolina is set to take on opponents from the AFC East and NFC East division as well as the Minnesota Vikings, Arizona Cardinals, and Houston Texans.

The good news is the Panthers strength of schedule is ranked No. 26 in the NFL which bodes well for the team’s playoff aspirations providing quarterback Sam Darnold can thrive following his trade from the New York Jets.

While the NFL schedule release is always exciting before the season starts, there’s really no way to be sure how each game will go until it’s played. A narrative or storyline may exist at the beginning of the season and all but disappear by the time the game kicks-off.

That is in keeping with the ever-changing world of the league, but at least the Panthers will have more structure to the planning period this summer as COVID-19 restrictions ease considerably and preseason games making a welcome return to the calendar.

It’s still fun to predict what the best games will be and here are three good candidates that Carolina fans can look forward to outside of their division.
