Scope for improvement

One thing that really stands out at wide receiver where the Carolina Panthers are concerned is that they might have only scratched the surface of what they are truly capable of.

There isn’t a wide receiver on the roster that one could say was past his prime. The youth movement undertaken by the Panthers over the last couple of seasons has left them with a dynamic group of individuals who are all developing at the same time.

D.J. Moore is a superstar in the making and on the brink of greatness. All the 2018 first-round pick needs is a signal-caller with consistency and he’ll be considered among the league’s best in no time at all.

Someone like Robby Anderson might also come on a substantial amount in 2021. The former Temple star enjoyed a career season under his former college coach and proved he is far more than just the deep threat we saw with the New York Jets.

Don’t count out David Moore from making a big impression, too.

The free-agent signing from the Seattle Seahawks became a trusted weapon for Russell Wilson during his time with the organization. Providing the necessary amount of targets come his way, Moore is a potential breakout candidate and one that could instantly fill the void left by Curtis Samuel.
