Which Carolina Panthers players could end up becoming first-time Pro Bowlers if things go according to plan during the 2021 season?

The Carolina Panthers are blessed with a lot of talent on both sides of the football heading into the 2021 season. Whether this all comes together when it matters most is up for debate, but this is a team that is going to be a lot of fun to watch once again.

That will only get you so far in the NFL. At the end of the day, winning is all that matters and the Panthers just haven’t done enough of that over the last three seasons.

More is expected of Carolina next time around with the weapons at their disposal. Head coach Matt Rhule and his staff now have some experience to call upon, so bombing out is simply not an option.

The Panthers haven’t had many Pro Bowlers in recent years. Here are five roster members who might fancy their chances of a first-time selection if the team makes the necessary strides next season.

Taylor Moton – Carolina Panthers OT

There aren’t many right tackles plying their trade in the league that boast better credentials than Taylor Moton. The Panthers are extremely fortunate to have a player with such supreme talent and keeping him around on the franchise tag this offseason was an absolute no-brainer for the organization.

Hopefully, a long-term deal can be reached between Carolina and their best offensive lineman. Some big questions remain about other positions, but Moton should continue to provide flawless protection when the team needs it most.

If Moton can progress even further in the coming months, then he’ll be in contention for his first Pro Bowl selection. However, much will also depend on just what Carolina’s record looks like when the regular season comes to a conclusion.
