Which former members of the Carolina Panthers could have already played their final down in the NFL?

It’s always interesting to see how former Carolina Panthers players fare once they depart the organization. Whether they’re released, traded, or decide to take their chances elsewhere, examining how each one gets on in a different environment comes with a sense of vindication or perhaps even regret when it’s all said and done.

Considering how much player turnover there has been once again where the Panthers are concerned this offseason, it comes as no surprise to see some veterans looking for another opportunity to make a name for themselves.

Carolina wasn’t exempt from this. And in all honesty, they did a remarkable job under the circumstances to make the necessary improvements that should stand them in good stead in pursuit of progression next season.

Whether those who left Carolina since Matt Rhule took over on a big-money deal from Baylor boast similar positive outlooks is another matter entirely.

With this in mind, we took a look at five former Panthers who might have already played their last NFL snap for a variety of different reasons.
