D.J. Moore – Carolina Panthers WR

In three campaigns with the Carolina Panthers, D.J. Moore has improved every year and is coming off back-to-back 1,000 yard receiving yard seasons. But still has yet to be named a Pro Bowler for some unbeknown reason.

In fact, the disrespect towards Moore went so far that the Maryland product was not even listed in Pro Football Focus’ Top 32 wide receivers entering 2021. A complete oversight that should serve as additional motivation for the former first-round pick heading into the new season.

There are a lot of good receivers in the NFL. But Moore has arguably been one of the most underrated.

Some of that can be contributed to not playing on a good Panthers team the last three years but there is no reason that Moore shouldn’t at least be named a Pro Bowler next year.

With guys like Cole Beasley and Calvin Ridley making the second-team All-Pro last year, Moore has a chance to make the team following another great year. Even though the competition is expected to be fierce once again.

One of the biggest things Moore will need to showcase is his touchdown catching abilities and with Sam Darnold now at quarterback, he’ll have a fresh start to try and get those numbers up.
