Christian McCaffrey is set to light up the NFL in 2021

Although Madden ratings are primarily based on production from the previous season more often than not, the upcoming campaign is also at the forefront of analysts’ minds when coming up with their final marks.

Another reason why Christian McCaffrey is No. 1.

As stated previously, McCaffrey is ready to rock and certainly looked the part during the first practice session of training camp on Wednesday. He is in supreme physical condition and has been working exceptionally hard to get back after so many obstacles in his way last time around.

Everything is in position for McCaffrey to have a great year.

The Carolina Panthers have an abundance of talent on offense that can take some pressure off. If Sam Darnold makes the necessary improvements following his trade from the New York Jets, it should also benefit the running back considerably.

Make no mistake, McCaffrey has heard all the doubters this offseason. Speculation linking with him being involved in any potential trade to land Deshaun Watson from the Houston Texans won’t have fallen on deaf ears.
