The Carolina Panthers find themselves in a pretty big hole going into Week 7. Here are the keys to victory at the New York Giants.

Well, what a fantastic place the Carolina Panthers have placed themselves. I can say with confidence that not many people could have predicted this kind of start to the season with its numerous ups, downs, hot takes, and disappointments.

Week 6 against the Minnesota Vikings was an odd mix of good and bad for a Panthers team that just seems lost on the field right now.

First Sam Darnold throws a first pass interception and then leads the team on a near-perfect crunch-time drive to tie the game in the fourth quarter. Robby Anderson couldn’t catch a cold the entire day and then makes an impressive catch on that final drive.

It’s like this team can’t decide if they want to be good or not.

Hopefully, that shifty mentality gets solved in Week 7 because the rest of the league is beginning to leave the Panthers in the dust. Even with a 17 game season, it’s already going to be hard to catch up.

There’s a pretty good chance of that against a New York Giants team that hasn’t been able to buy an offense this season and has limped along to a 1-5 record. On top of that, they may be without almost their entire wide receiver room on Sunday which certainly won’t help things.

But with that said, the Giants are still an NFL team and their players are signed for a reason. Anything can happen in this league and the Panthers need to play their game and not their competition if they want to come away with a win.

What exactly do they need to do to get their season back on track? Let’s take a look at four keys to victory for Carolina.
