Zane Gonzalez got big praise in this column last week, so of course, he had a quiet day in Week 11. However, it was through no fault of his own.

The Carolina Panthers didn’t attempt a field goal against the Washington Football Team, but Gonzalez was money on his three extra-point attempts leading to just three fantasy points on the day.

The Panthers’ defense was the major letdown in the loss to Washington and was by far the worst unit on the field, perhaps for the first time this year. They gave up 27 points and 369 yards but managed to net five fantasy points behind three sacks and one fumble recovery.
