Which Tampa Bay Buccaneers players must the Carolina Panthers keep quiet in Week 18 to end their awful season with a victory?

We have thankfully finally reached the final game of the season for the Carolina Panthers this weekend.

Just two weeks after being demolished by them, the Panthers will travel to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers once again as they look to get one last victory before wrapping up this mess of a season.

Carolina is now 5-11 for the third consecutive year. But with the NFL expanded to 17 games instead of 16, there will be one more shot to finish on a high.

Honestly, it might be in the best interest for the Panthers to lose, so they can keep their high draft pick. They currently sit at No. 6 overall and can move up to No. 5 depending on the outcome of other games.

However, head coach Matt Rhule and certain players probably don’t have the mindset of wanting to purposely lose. In the midst of a six-game losing streak, the head coach will want his team to succeed for their own happiness but also because his job is on the rocks.

Carolina Panthers have to start building positive momentum.

Even though there have been reports that he’ll get one more year to prove himself, finishing this season on a seven-game losing streak would not be ideal. The only thing is, they’re facing a Tampa Bay team led by Tom Brady that not only blew them out two weeks ago but is also still fighting for playoff seeding.

It’s tough to see the Panthers winning, and they might as well lose for the future of the franchise. But here are five Bucs to keep quiet if they want to overcome the odds.
