Kenny Robinson – Carolina Panthers S

There’s been some encouraging signs that Kenny Robinson could be a key cog for the Carolina Panthers in 2022. It’s been a rocky road since entering the league for the former XFL star, but he deserves an enormous amount of credit for turning things around and emerging as a valuable piece on special teams and the defensive rotation.

This is all well and good. But it’s absolutely vital Robinson builds on this during the upcoming offseason in readiness to hit the ground running in training camp.

Ending the campaign on a high note at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers would be a substantial step in the right direction. Matt Rhule also gave Robinson plenty of praise for the way he’s developed throughout 2021 and a strong finish could be all the player needs to earn a bigger part to play next time around.

Robinson was forced into a colorful route to the next level. He’s also been released by the Panthers before being brought back onto the practice squad.

All this means Robinson won’t be taking anything for granted. A mindset that’s serving him well in pursuit of living up to some ever-increasing expectations.

The West Virginia product has been a pleasent surprise this season. Hopefully, this is a trend that con continue in 2022 and possibly beyond.
