The Carolina Panthers made it known at the combine that they are interested in the quarterbacks there, which would be the best fit for them in the draft?

During the NFL Scouting Combine, Carolina Panthers general manager Scott Fritterer and the gang made their intentions clear, meeting with the top quarterbacks of the 2022 draft class. This was highlighted even more during his press conference in which he made it clear that the starting position has yet to be filled, which will make it the third year in a row in which the organization has a new man under center.

Matt Rhule, who is very much on the hot seat, has yet to address the quarterback position through the draft in any meaningful way, opting instead to go through the trade and free agency routes. This obviously has not ended favorably and has put the Panthers in the position that they are in currently.

Needless to say, multiple jobs are at risk if they were to miss on yet another quarterback. This is why it makes sense that Carolina has been all hands on deck at the combine and doing their due diligence on the next generation of signal-callers.

In this article, I will be ranking the best fits for Carolina among the ones they reportedly met in Indianapolis, breaking down their value and overall fit within new offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo’s scheme.

Here are the top five that could end up being taken by the Panthers later this year.
