Which teams could make a trade for Carolina Panthers wide receiver Robbie Anderson after he was sent to the locker room at the Los Angeles Rams in Week 6?

It seems Robbie Anderson has played his last game for the Carolina Panthers and it didn’t end well. The wide receiver cut another frustrated figure in Week 6 at the Los Angeles Rams and was sent to the locker room after getting into multiple sideline altercations with position coach Joe Dailey.

Anderson on one occasion was pictured in the face of Dailey with his fists clenched. Something that interim head coach Steve Wilks wasn’t going to stand for.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Anderson get into sideline altercations. He jawed with quarterback Sam Darnold and former wide receivers coach Frisman Jackson in 2021 when things started spiraling out of control, but this latest incident could be the end.

While it’s understandable Anderson is frustrated at the lack of the Panthers’ offense, there are better ways to go about it and this is a pretty bad look.

It was reported earlier in the week that the Panthers were open to shopping Anderson. A move that makes sense following the firing of Matt Rhule, his former coach at Temple.

Carolina and Anderson are now at an impasse and it is now almost inevitable the two part ways, with the Panthers needing to recoup draft capital, moving on from the veteran is the best possible solution for all parties despite the whopping dead-cap figure.

With that being said, here are five teams that could potentially swoop for Anderson this week and end his turbulent spell in Carolina.
