Which Carolina Panthers players represent silent assassins that can help the team flourish under new head coach Frank Reich in 2023?

There is a growing belief that the Carina Panthers can emerge from football purgatory and into playoff contention much sooner than expected. Frank Reich is not shirking this significant challenge and alongside general manager Scott Fitterer, completely shifted the culture and ethos within the building in a relatively short timeframe.

Carolina has a nice blend of youth and experience on its roster. They also boast a coaching staff to match any around the league thanks to Reich's connections and David Tepper's strong commitment to making money no object in the decision-making process.

The Panthers need everyone to sing from the same hymn sheet. But going relatively under the radar compared to others might suit them within an NFC South division that does look winnable given the current state of affairs.

That said, these four silent assassins can help the Panthers thrive in 2023.
